Madrid, 20th March 2013- Meta4, a world-class leader for human and intellectual capital management (HICM) once again achieves excellent results for 2012, the best ones ever in its history. The Spanish Multinational specialized in HR software has amassed a revenue of more than 56 million euros—56.1 million euros—an 8% growth against the previous year and an overall net increase of 18%.

Latin America is one of the regions where Meta4 has experienced marked growth in 2012. With offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, México and Peru and strong presence in the entire region, the company has increased revenue by 26% against last year, representing 22% of the total revenue of the group. Meta4 saw a 52% increase in revenue in this line of business; their cloud offering already represents 21% of the total revenue of the group, as compared to a 15% share in 2011.

While in 2009, the percentage of new Meta4 clients opting for the cloud model was 20% for the company; in 2012 this share already represents 60%. Important multinationals have chosen Meta4’s global HR platform to manage their human capital internationally.

“The excellent results achieved were possible through the internationalization of our activities and the strong drive in our line of cloud solutions.
